Rates and repayments

Your interest rate and credit limit are confirmed before you accept the card. Paying your statement balance in full each month means no interest on purchases. Minimum payments, due dates and any charges are shown plainly in your statement.

If something goes wrong

Report a lost card or an unrecognised payment from the app at any hour. Disputed transactions are investigated and, where the claim is upheld, refunded.
